Brew Notes
French Press
The Master Immersion
Eight minutes of stillness allows the bean to unfold completely. No rush. No shortcuts. Just patient extraction that reveals body, sweetness, and depth in equal measure.
The Method
We follow a precise 1:15 golden ratio — 20 g of coarse-ground coffee for every 300 g of water heated to 93 °C.
This measured approach honors the bean’s full character while keeping the cup balanced and true.

A Note on the Cup
French press rewards beans that carry presence. Try it with Inheritance for layered fruit and quiet chocolate, or High Foundation when you want grounded sweetness and structure that lingers.
Filtered water and rested beans make the difference between good and unforgettable.
V60 The Perfect Pour
A measured, circular pour invites clarity and brightness. The V60 rewards attention and rhythm — each stage building toward a clean, vibrant cup that speaks clearly of its origin.
The Method
We use the golden ratio of 15 g coffee to 250 g water.
Filtered water, rested beans, and a precise bloom set the foundation for balanced extraction and expressive flavor.

A Note on the Cup
The V60 shines with coffees that carry delicate fruit and floral notes. Try it with Inheritance for bright cherry and cocoa, or explore our single origins when you want the bean’s unique voice to lead.
A steady hand and patience in the pour turn ritual into revelation.
