We want you to love what you receive from Supply Coffee Co. Here’s how we handle returns, replacements, and issues with your order.
1. No Returns on Coffee
Because coffee is a consumable product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened coffee bags.
2. Wrong or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Just contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo if applicable
We’ll take care of the rest.
3. Merchandise
For non‑consumable items (like mugs or apparel):
- We do not accept returns for preference‑based reasons (wrong size, changed mind, etc.)
- If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it
4. Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
- A replacement item is unavailable
- An order cannot be fulfilled
- A mistake on our end prevents delivery
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Issues
Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. If a package is lost or severely delayed, reach out — we’ll work with you to find a solution.
