Description
Clear Summit – Colombia | Medium Roast
Flavor Notes: Apple • Sweet • Milk Chocolate
Clear Summit comes from the community of Santa Maria in northern Huila, a region known for producing some of Colombia’s most balanced and approachable coffees. Grown at 1,500–1,600 meters, the cherries develop a natural sweetness and clarity shaped by cool mountain air and rich Andean soil.
This community lot is composed of Caturra and Castillo varietals, fully washed to highlight its clean structure and gentle sweetness. The result is a cup that’s bright without sharpness, sweet without heaviness, and smooth from start to finish.
Expect a lively apple brightness, soft milk‑chocolate sweetness, and a clean, rounded profile that makes this one of the most easy‑drinking coffees in your lineup.

The Story Behind Clear Summit
Santa Maria is a small mountain town where coffee is woven into daily life. Families tend steep hillside plots, harvesting by hand and passing down their craft through generations. The clarity and sweetness in this cup reflect that tradition—steady work, clean processing, and a landscape shaped by the Andes. Clear Summit honors that simplicity and elevation: a bright, welcoming expression of Colombia’s most beloved region.
